BUSINESS: CIRCOR Energy Products

LOCATION: Oklahoma City, OK




Position Summary

Maintains all benefits and personnel records. Provides support to all phases of Human Resources, as required.


Principal Activities

  • Maintains benefit programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, leaves of absence, and employee assistance.
  • Maintains records of benefit plans participation such as insurance, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, pay rate changes, and terminations.
  • Acts as liaison between third-party administrator and employees relative to benefits programs, etc.
  • Administers new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward Company goals.
  • Maintains variety of programs, i.e., CAP, FMLA, 401(k), Tuition Reimbursement, safety shoes, safety eyeglasses, via appropriate dialogue, forms, logs and reports.
  • Ensures COBRA benefit option information is sent to all terminated and extended leave employees.
  • Responds to all unemployment claims, EEOC, DOL, and AAP inquiries/audits.
  • Coordinates the completion of forms and documents concerning transfer of employees between departments, pay grade or pay rate changes, employee status changes, vacation and sick pay accrual.
  • Administers the issuance and deletion of employee building access through computerized system.
  • Responds to employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Counsels and interacts with all level of employees regarding a variety of human resource issues.
  • Supports company lean manufacturing techniques through participation in Kaizen and 5S events.
  • Assists Payroll and Employment Administrators and the Human Resource Manager, as necessary.

Education & Experience

  • A Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university or three to five-years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
