Job Description

As the Sr. HR Generalist you will report to the Sr HR Manager and oversee a full range of generalist Human Resources responsibilities. You will be the liaison between employee and management to answer questions regarding company policies and regulations. You will oversee employee relations, analytics, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and onboarding.

 

You Will:

  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training
  • Recruiting processes
  • Analyze data with useful HR metrics (FMLA, LOA, Workers Comp, Attrition, Headcount, and Recruitment Metrics)
  • Help develop human resource policies
  • Provide support to employees in multiple HR related topics such as leaves, compensation and resolving issues
  • Promote HR programs to create a thoughtful and conflict-free workplace
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Performance and talent management
  • Grievance investigations
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Payroll-Timecard management
  • All other tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

You Have:

  • BA/BS in business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, with 3 in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent at planning and organization
  • Proficiency with employment legal requirements including EEO/AAP, COBRA, FMLA, FLSA, HIPAA, and unemployment
  • Outlook, Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint experience
  • Experience with, UltiPro, SuccessFactors, ADP and Career Builder/ TSR Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Experience with office coordination
